Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

Eligibility: This competition is open to all individuals who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, agents, and representatives of Blue Tongue Photo Tours and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Entry Period: The competition starts on May 1, 2023, and ends on May 31, 2023. All entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM AEST on May 31, 2023.
How to Enter: To enter, participants must follow the steps below: Like the competition post on Instagram. Follow @bluetonguetours on Instagram and like the Blue Tongue Photo Tours page on Facebook. Tag a friend that you would like to take with you (Two friends for Option 1) in the comments section of the Instagram competition post. Tag unlimited friends in separate comments on @bluetonguetours giveaway post. One comment equals one entry. Comment with one emoji or a single-sentence expressing how excited you would be to join Blue Tongue Photo Tours in-person.
Prize Details: Two winners will be selected at random on June 1, 2023, and each will receive the opportunity to choose between the following prizes:

Option 1: A Private Pinnacles Sunset, Twilight & Nightscape Photo Tours for you & 2 friends, valued at AU $1198.00. Pinnacles Tour is Ex Perth, WA (Starts & Finishes in Perth)

Option 2: Overnight fully guided Photo Tour in the SWISS ALPS for you & a friend valued at AU $1482.00. Zermatt Over night is Ex Zermatt (Starts & Finishes in Zermatt)

Option 3: A picture of your choice (from our print collection) printed on CANVAS 30X45"/76x114cm valued at AU $495.00
Winner Selection: Two winners will be randomly selected on June 1, 2023, from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner Notification: The winners will be announced on June 1, 2023, via Instagram and will be contacted by Blue Tongue Photo Tours through direct messaging. The winners must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this time, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be chosen.
General Conditions: By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these rules and regulations. Blue Tongue Photo Tours reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition if any technical failure, human error, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the competition. The winners agree to participate in promotional activities related to the competition and allow Blue Tongue Photo Tours to use their names and images for promotional purposes.
Release of Instagram: This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, and participants agree to release Instagram from any liability associated with this competition.
Governing Law: This competition is governed by the laws of Australia, and any legal action arising out of this competition shall be litigated only in a court of competent jurisdiction within Australia. Privacy Policy: All personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary to administer the competition or as required by law.
